DonorSearch subscriber with the DonorScape option have access to a second set of online databases that profile wealth and affiliation.  DonorScape is a
product of GG+A.  The information found in this online tool is based on "hard matches" rather than projections or estimates based on demographic profiling
data.

Real Estate
The principle measures of wealth available in public record is real estate.  Typically, one or more real estate property records can be uncovered for 60-80% of
most donor files.  Real estate information includes a description of the property, market value, assessed value and the last sale value.  Note that with any
system multiple property ownership can only be linked if the site address and or the tax mailing address of your prospect is shared between the properties.  

Stock  
The second most common "hard asset" evaluated by nonprofits is SEC insider stock information.  While this is a popular and visible measure of an individual
